Reflective Paradox collection represents a blend of elegant Renaissance and modern urban style, symbolizing the duality between past and present, elegance and functionality. The inspiration comes from a Renaissance portrait highlighting elements like layering, interwoven ribbons, and shiny pleats.
The paradox of this collection lies in the use of reflective materials and epoxy resin. Although seemingly incompatible, they create a dynamic contrast. The reflective material changes appearance depending on the angle and intensity of light, symbolizing the changing aspects of our identity revealed through new experiences and perspectives. On the other hand, epoxy resin which makes pleats shiny and rigid, represents the solid, constant aspects of identity, such as personal values. Their combination reminds us that different parts of our identity and experiences together contribute to the richness and completeness of our unique personality.
