This year’s spring–summer collection is inspired by Pomona, the Greek goddess of abundance and fruitfulness, who spends her life caring for and protecting her secret garden. She was tricked into marrying Vertumnus, the god of the seasons, after he disguised himself as an old woman and tricked her into allowing him into her garden. Pomona represents a modern revelation of a timeless love story and the Spring–Summer 2015 collection extracts the story’s mood, details, and colors as its inspiration.

This season, Yosep continues to highlight his constructed silhouettes with peplums and sculpted waist dresses. He adds a sense of opposites to his feminine cuts by adding masculine fabrications and textures. A royal blue satin jumpsuit is constructed with a peplum top and outlined with velvet to highlight a woman’s frame. Signature floral embroidered satin dresses are enhanced by touches of masculine leather, velvet, and strong golden jacquard.

To create a look that attracts through the contrasts of opposites, Yosep mixes luxurious satin and silk with casual wear linen and cotton.

Following in this theme, this season’s shades of blue and pink offers a color palette that contrasts masculinity and femininity.
