Too Tall for a woman

Centered on the designer's childhood memory of snowy Akita, Japan and New York City, this collection celebrates the ambition and bustle of cosmopolitan life. Giving women's work wear injected with personality, the collection is constructed of premium Italian technical fabrics traditionally only available for menswear, natural fibers of wool, silk and cotton. Inspired by Empress Masako of Japan and the story that she was once disqualified to marry the royal as she is taller than her husband- this collection celebrates an airy sense of freedom for the modern women on the go.

HAUS VON M is designed in New York City and sampled and produced in the US and Europe.
