Inspired by the Japanese art of Origami, we’ve designed the first 3D knit, foldable mask. VL-M3 is a self-folding mask engineered with copper and sustainable fibers to expand and collapse around contours. One size fits most, folds for storage, and adjusts to cover your face for protection.

Lined with CuTEC® anti-microbial technology, the fabric of our mask provides anti-odor and anti-bacterial benefits.

VL-M3 mask features CuTEC® Copper-Ion Technology. Through a proprietary and patented process, the copper is bound to the yarn. The copper helps protect the fabric from odor and microbes.

Variant believes that conscious manufacturing makes a difference, and we are committed to reducing fashion waste. Each of our 3-D knit masks are made on-demand using REPREVE yarn, effectively recycling 1.08 plastic bottle per mask.

We use a nationwide network of knitwear manufacturers using automated knitting machines with over 999 needles operating per machine simultaneously.

The full mask is 3D-knit in one piece from fine 14-gauge poly-spandex for a stretchable, comfortable fit. An integrated nose bridge wire and variations in knit style on the sides improve fit and form to your face. The mask is machine washable and dryable for easy care.
